Our projects

Our organization is involved in numerous social and cultural activities.

Education

Recently,in coordination with NRNA Japan, the International Human Resource Network Organization Foundation (IHNO) (公益財団法人 国際人材交流支援機構) has completed the selection process for Nepalese students studying language, vocational and university courses in Japan. The students will receive up to 30,000 Japanese yen per month. The selection was made through a lottery system for students in blocks A, B, and C, in collaboration with NRNA Japan and regional committees. The event was broadcast live from the NRNA Nagoya page, ensuring transparency. Out of 98 students, 20 lucky students were selected. We are pleased to announce this information.

Health care

With the primary aim of preventing anyone from dying due to a lack of blood, the Non-Residential Nepali Association (NRNA) Regional Committee Nagoya, in collaboration with the International Human Resource Network Organization Foundation (IHNO), organizes an annual blood donation event. This year, the event took place on November 19, 2023, with enthusiastic participation.

Despite the presence of nearly 100 people, only 55 were able to donate blood due to various reasons. All donors were honored with certificates from the Aichi Prefecture Red Cross Blood Center and NRNA Nagoya.

We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to all the generous donors who participated in this noble cause. We look forward to your continued support in the future. Thank you.

In addition to these activities, we are also involved in otherhealth-related initiatives.

Cultural events

To foster unity and celebrate Nepalese heritage, NRNA Nagoya collaborates with the Nepalese Embassy and various other organizations to host a Nepalese festival. This event features a range of cultural and entertainment activities that showcase the richness of our traditions.

Sporting Events

NRNA Nagoya is a fervent advocate for sports, recognizing its power to unite communities. With this belief, NRNA Nagoya regularly organizes various sporting events, including football and volleyball, fostering camaraderie and promoting physical fitness among its members.
